How Are your feet doing?

Hi everyone, Uncle Bob here, How are your feet coming? Remember to get out and start walking. By now you should have your shoes broken in. One tip that I've learned that I'll share is that the week before the trek you should hydrate well. (yep that means drink plenty). This will give your body plenty of fluids to start with, then while on the Trail, don't wait until your thirsty to drink. If you wait til your thirsty you've waited too long!

Keep your eyes peeled for buffalo chips and rattle snakes,

Diamonds may be a girls best friend, But gold bond is a guys best buddy.
